How to Donate:
Please review the following information, and then complete the form below. Once you submit your donation form, we will automatically send you a confirmation receipt and will follow up with a formal Thank You letter via mail.

Getting your donation to KIDS Center:
Request a pick-up (local area only)
We are more than happy to pick-up your donation if you are located in Central Oregon! To arrange a pick-up, contact Dru Ross at 541-306-4497 or email dross@kidscenter.org.
Drop off at KIDS Center
You are welcome to drop-off your donation. KIDS Center is open Monday–Friday, 9 am-5 pm. Bring your donation to:

Ship to KIDS Center
The deadline to ship donations is May 31, 2025. If you are shipping alcohol, please see additional instructions below regarding alcohol donations. Ship your donation to:

If you're donating a gift certificate:
Please make gift certificate usable starting 7/17/2025, and valid for at least (1) one year.
If you're donating alcohol:
- Industry alcohol donations may be shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL. Please clearly mark your shipment with “Cork & Barrel.”
- We are prepared to receive your alcohol donation immediately following receipt of your completed donation form. Alcohol will be stored properly in advance of the event date.
- Please print your email receipt and include it with the item(s) you are shipping.
- If you are local, please deliver to KIDS Center or call 541-306-4497 to arrange pick-up.
For all other donations:
